This is Nothing But youtube splits all the part of the video in to images and each of these image is represented with single frame story Board are Now available for most of the videos may be Not for some and including the videos which are Extended up to 2 to 3Hr
what happens while watching You tube in story Board :
while You are watching the Video iu youtube Your Browser Will be Downloading storyboard images of the Video You are watching in the Back Ground But You cant see them in Live form
